Since 2014, I have designed many editions of the Wates Annual Report and Accounts. Wates Group was established in 1897 and has since grown to become one of the UK’s largest family-owned construction, development and property services companies.
The latest 2025 edition is a 156-page report highlighting the Group’s achievements across its businesses, alongside an abridged version for download from its website.
